Welcome to the Angel *Detox* center. The Angels are inside. It's not time to be with them yet, so why don't you sit down and relax? As you are relaxing, think about everything you are thankful for. Feel the glow of the Angel's love.

Now, think about something else. Think about what you are addicted to. Did you know that we are all *addicted* to something? The addiction could be something as simple as watching a soap opera every day, or it could be something much more complicated.

Think about it a moment as you relax. When you are ready to do something about your addiction, we will proceed.

*** If you aren't ready, wait until you are. And it's OK if that time isn't right now. It could be in an hour, a day, a week. It doesn't matter. Just relax and know that it is there for you, waiting until you are ready. ***

OK, would you like to proceed? Great.

As you are at the Angel *Detox* Center, imagine what the building looks like as we stand outside. Let's not walk inside yet. Just hold my hand, in your mind, and get used to the idea of what you are about to do.

OK, now, we slowly walk up to the door.

I'm opening it

for you, but just stand here for a moment and peer inside. Everywhere you look, there are Angels. Stand there and feel the warmth of their love. It's all encompassing, isn't it? Watch as it flows out the open doorway and surrounds you.

Now, as you stand outside, you hear one of the beautiful Angels ask if you would like to admit one thing.

You ask what that is, and she replies, "Fear."

Then, she asks if you are ready to *surrender* that fear, the fear you've lived with your whole life, and admit that you have been afraid. Because, the beautiful Angel continues, without your fear, you would be free to do and be exactly what you want. You wouldn't need to overeat, smoke, do drugs, drink alcohol, or anything else. If you did not have fear, she says as her love flows around you, you would be free to be yourself.

She takes a hold of your hand and asks, "Are you ready to come inside, and release your fear?"

*** Did you notice that she said release your fear, not say release your smoking, drinking, drugs, or whatever? ***

As you take your first step and walk through the threshold, as you immediately hand over your fear, feel everything else melt. Sit down in the chair in front of you and notice that the fear disappears as though it never was. Feel the love that is

surrounding you, from the Angels that love you.

Stay there for a few minutes.

When you are ready, stand up and feel the freedom that is now yours. Leave that building, and let your mind come back to the room you are in. Doesn't that feel great?
